Here we are folks, just days away from Christmas. Are you ready? This morning I iced my sugar cookies so all my baking is done, presents are bought and wrapped, and now I just have to wait for the big days ahead of me. Even tackled the grocery store this afternoon and managed to keep my cool–LOL.
Christmas dinner will be on Christmas Eve, and family will be joining us. I work on Christmas Day and Boxing Day this year, but it won’t stop me from visiting with my children on those days. This year I am blessed with spending lots of time with them.
As I type this, Al surprised me with my first Christmas present of the year–he ordered me a battery for my laptop moments ago. What a sweetie!
I, just this minute, finished a job that I
hate with a passion dislike. Approximately 20 card fronts are now turned into cards with a front and back to them. I’d love to hear from you regarding this chore aspect to card-making. How many of you create a whole card immediately, or are you like me and just make card fronts? The next step that I have to do is stamp my “made by Beth” on the backs but that will be another day. One can only take so much stress in one day. LOL.
In case you wondering about my card, this darling image is from Twisted Papers. The sentiment is from Stampin’ Up! and the writing on my flower is Hero Arts.
Have a Merry Christmas and happy Holiday Season!
