Technique Junkie Newsletter, Zen Stamping

Hello there.  Have you tried to Zentangle yet?  It is so fun.  My girlfriend “tangled” my inchies while I “tangled” my puppy using the Zen Stamping technique from the February 2012 issue of the Technique Junkie Newsletter.

I’m all settled into my new apartment and have a couple of photos to share with you.

Apartment 4

The view from my North facing balcony.  I have an East facing balcony as well.  I live in Canada, and across the water you will see Port Huron, Michigan in the United States.  As you can see, there is a walking path along the river.  It is quite large so I can get a lot of exercise in.

Apartment 5

My cute little livingroom.  Don’t you just love my funky green chairs?  I painted the poppy painting.

Apartment 6

My dining area with my pub height table and chairs, again in a funky green

Apartment 8

My stamp room.  It’s quite large, you just can’t tell from the photo.  I’m lucky and have a balcony off my room.

Apartment 9

Balcony off my stamp room.

Apartment 2

Al, my cook, barbecuing us some supper.

I live right downtown and work only 2 KM away (about 1 mile).  It’s great living downtown.  I can walk to the post office, library and all the cute little shops.  I’m an avid reader and am so happy that I can walk to the main library.

I hope you are having a good weekend.  I’m working but get next weekend off.

What an awesome apartment, you´ve got here, and sooo happy for you, that you´ve got everything so close, that it´s litterally right at your fingertips now, and what a view over the river and to the US, it´s just gorgeous. And so is your cute inchie card too, just cute and beautiful. Sooo great for you, that you´ve even got such a big stamproom now too, it gives some amazing possibilities, and I can´t waut to see,how it´ll help you in your great work in the future too.
