Tutorial Tuesday: Favour Box

This cute little favour box is perfect for your next gathering. It will hold a few candies, or three decadent truffles. This template comes from A Moment in Time.

Supplies:
Three colours of ink
Embossing Gun
Clear Embossing Powder
Sponges (I use 2)
Rubber stamps (pictured is Odd Bird Planet-Long Bracket Frame 594L and Circle Dot Background 98K

Cut out template. With Versamark on your stamp, stamp out background image over the entire surface. Sprinkle with clear embossing powder.

Heat emboss.

In a circular motion add first colour onto cardstock. Rub darker in some areas. To avoid a muddy surface, do not overlap colours on the sponge. I allow for two colours per sponge.

Continue to add colour. To achieve the best effect, rub colour in a variety of spots as pictured.

Turn cardstock over and score at the lines indicated.

Fold box and decorate with a name tag.
I hope you liked today’s tutorial. For a complete listing of my tutorials, visit the Tutorial page at the top of the page.
