Coffee with Friends

Hello folks.  I hope you had a nice Easter weekend.

I love anything coffee and am sharing the card I made this Easter weekend using Technique Junkies stamps.  I couldn’t be any happier with how my background for my #S606 Coffee Beans turned out.  Normally I do not work with “messy” backgrounds, but now I’ve changed my mind on that matter.  I think Pat Huntoon, owner of Technique Junkies knew that because I was rarely assigned “messy” backgrounds for my assignments. LOL.

For my background I used Crinkled Watercolors from the June 2014 issue of the Technique Junkie Newsletter which you can find here.

Added were three brads on the right hand side of my Coffee with Friends sentiment.

Paired with Coffee Beans is #SD734 Coffee with Friends.

Thank you for stopping by.

There is hope for you yet. 😉 I love your messy background it is perfect for this card. Now I’m going to have to check out that technique so I can get messy. I wish I lived close enough to have coffee with you.

The stamp is a great one for a messy background, just don’t spill my coffee to get your brown ink. I am a huge fan of coffee too and I love your card.
