Technique Junkies Challenge

Hello folks.  Isn’t this a fun background?  It is using the Drips technique, which I have never tried before.  Because I did not have a dropper to do this technique I used a paint brush instead.  If you head over to the Design Junkie Blog you will see a tutorial with a link to the original tutorial as well.

If you do use a paint brush, please keep in mind that you have to have a longer length of paper because the paint brush leaves splotches and the paper will have to be cut off along the top to avoid having brush strokes appear.  Make sense?  Sometimes I have trouble describing what I mean.

My sentiment is so appropriate because it took a lot of faith to ensure my technique, using a paint brush, worked.  This sentiment is appropriately called, Taking the First Step.

For your chance to win a $25 gift certificate to Technique Junkies, please add your photo to this post on the Design Junkie Blog. Rules are listed on the blog.  Good luck!

I’m so impressed! I should get a prize for all of my shredded attempts at this challenge! Lol… let’s just say that you will not see a card from me this month, unless I experience a miracle! Beautiful creation, my friend! Way to go! This was a tough one! Reinkers are now on my wish list, as I have none! Thanks for sharing!
