Shimmer, Glimmer, Sparkle and Shine Blog Hop
Hello everyone. Welcome to the Technique Junkie Newsletter’s Shimmer, Glimmer, Sparkle and Shine blog hop, to celebrate the production of our new CD. Please join us in our celebration by visiting the Design Team blogs showcasing some of our new and wonderful techniques.
To start the show, you can see Judy Jackson’s fantastic work at the Technique Junkie Newsletter’s Design Junkie blog. As always, Judy starts things off with a bang!
How would you like a chance at winning the Shimmer, Glimmer, Sparkle and Shine CD? All you have to do is leave a comment on every blog. Next week Pat will announce the winner.
I fell in love with the Glitter Strips technique so I made two examples for you. Can you tell I went outside the box with my black & white card? I wanted to venture out of my colourful work and try something new and classic. It makes for a nice masculine card, eh?
Pssst…want a peak at the pictorial index? Visit this PDF to see a complete listing of what is on the Shimmer, Glimmer, Sparkle and Shine CD.
Now it’s time to visit Ann Clack’s blog to see what yummy project she created. You won’t be disappointed with her glitter colouring. It’s done perfectly!
Happy glittering!

Beth
Oooh gorgeous, especially your black and white.
Now that my craft cave is “almost” tidy I think the black and white would be a great card for some of the scraps I had on the P.O.T.D. (pile on the desk).
Myrna
p.s.
What size do you typically make your cards?

Twp smashing cards really showing off that technique to a ‘T’ Beth! xxx
Both cards are just awesome for different occasions and people. I think the first is more girly while the second is more for males maybe, but that´s ofcause just my opinion LOL, but they´re both sooo cool, but you ofcause also know, I can´t make anything without sparkle, glitter or bling of some kind, so this is just sooo me ha ha ha ha. I love these. Well done to a wonderful job Beth. Hope you´ve finished your move by now and begins to get well settled in now?
Have a wonderful week-end and lots of fun.
Love your card, very colorful.
These are both just fantastic. I see my glitter coming out real soon. Thanks for the inspiration.
Both cards are indeed wonderful. Blue is my favo colour and I just love tea-images….so the 1st one is my favo!
Have not used this idea in a while. Thanks for the reminder as I love the sparkle it adds.

Hi Beth,
Somehow I ended up at your blog today and love it! Just became a subscriber. My blog started out with just cards as my main craft but has evolved and is quite eclectic now. Your cards inspire me to get back to my stamps! Hope you’ll pay me a visit. I have lots of Stampin’ Up stamps plus more of everything.
I really like the darker one!
Girlfriend these are both stunning pure eye candy great work.
Hey Beth! Both are beautiful examples! You should try going out of your comfort zone more often if it causes you to produce such beautiful work. Love that black and white with the copper sparkle. Nicely done! Hugs, Curt
