Shipping Information
Pickup Information:
We are located in Sarnia, ON Canada
- Pick up welcome by appointment.
- Pick up only, we are an online store only. Product viewing is not available.
- Pick up items are held for one week, unless special arrangements have been made
- Customers are welcome to save on postage by picking up your order. To make arrangements to pick up your order, please e-mail me prior to placing your order.
Shipping & Handling Information
- Items are generally shipped within 3-5 business days of payment clearance. Sunflower and Dragonfly stamp orders are sent to the manufacturer once a week and are delivered to us each Friday.
- We ship Internationally. The customer is responsible for any additional duty/taxes or charges that may incur.
- We are not responsible for damages to parcels, all parcels are well packaged.
- Orders over $75 in product, receive Free Shipping (within Canada). This offer excludes the Big Shot and Big Shot accessories.
- We only charge you what it actually costs to ship your parcel via Canada Post. There is a minimum charge by Canada Post to ship any parcel up to 6 lbs via Expedited Parcel. This cost ranges from $6 - $12 depending on where you are in Canada. When you are placing your order please keep in mind that we can quite often ship multiple items (up to 5lbs total) for the same price as a single item.
Shipping Outside Canada - US and International Orders
- Actual shipping charges apply as determined by your destination.
Tax
- PST of 8% will be charged for Ontario residents.
Return Policy:
- We will be happy to take back any product that is defective from the manufacturer and replace it as long as it is in its original packaging. However, we do not accept returns on used products. Before returning defective merchandise, please contact us for an authorization number. Returns will be at the cost of the purchaser.
- We cannot accept cancellations or additions to your order after it has been placed. Please review your order for accuracy before completing the checkout process.
- If your order includes items that are temporarily out of stock you will not be charged if your order is shipped. If a product is out of stock and we are expecting our delivery of that product within a few days, we will hold your order until our shipment arrives.

Personal Cheques & Money Orders:
We accept personal cheques and money orders. All cheques and money orders must be made out in Canadian or US Funds. Before your order can be processed, your cheque has to clear the bank, which could take up to 10 days. Once your cheque has successfully gone through, your order will be shipped. A $25 fee will be charged for NSF cheques.
