Fall Pansies

Technique Junkie Newsletter, Technique Junkies Stamps, Pansy

Hello friends.  It’s that time of year when we plant our pansies.  Oh how I miss being able to plant them, now that I’m in an apartment.  They are just such happy flowers, aren’t they?!

About a year ago I bought Inktense watercolour pencils and decided to finally pull them out and blow off the dust and actually use them.  Wow, talk about vibrant!

I used two techniques from the Technique Junkie Newsletter:  Seam Binding Ribbon Dying from the October 2014 issue, and Resist Strips from the August 2014 issue.  It’s a very simple card, but clean and simple seems to be the “thing” right now.

My pansy stamp is from the Technique Junkies Stamps.
