Always Hope

Technique Junkies, Sunflowers and Dragonflies, Always Hope 2

Hi folks.  I had so much fun making this card.

I started out by sponging Distress Inks in Worn Lipstick, Salty Ocean and Picked Raspberry.  After I let it air dry for an hour, I used Bubbles Stencil and rubbed white SU Craft ink through the circles.

Using Big Flourish and French Text, I stamped my card front using SU’s Blackberry Bliss.

My flowers were created by using the Tie-Dye Chick Embellishments technique found on the Stampbooking CDFrench Text was stamped onto the flowers.

Finally, I used Always Hope as my sentiment.  I picked out this sentiment because of the flourished script coordinates with Big Flourish.

Thank you for stopping by.

I love the bright colors you used on this card! I so often forget to use these combinations. I love the stenciling and the pretty sentiment tag really stands out too.

Great card. Love the layering that you do.
Still can’t find the mojo. Oh well….one of these days. Right now I am revamping my craft room and trying to weed out what I may use and what I don’t and condense it all into a smaller area. The room is still as big but I don’t want to be spread out all over it as I want to use part of it for a sitting room and extra bedroom for guests. Besides, that I am not being as creative these days.
Take care.

Hi Beth
Beautiful, vibrant design, the background is fantastic. I hope you are enjoying this cooler weather, we sure are. The pools are less noisy as well 🙂 Cheers xx
