You’re in my Prayers

Hi fellow stampers.  Today I used Technique Junkies Flourished Floral in a way I’ve never tried, but have always wanted to, before.  You can purchase this stamp, or any other product, including Ken Oliver’s Color Bursts, at 10% off your entire order simply by using my code TJ10Beth.  As you can see from all the times I’ve used this stamp, it is quite versatile, using it for cards to ATC’s.

I heat embossed Flourished Floral in white embossing powder, then coloured it with Prismacolor coloured pencil and blended with odorless mineral spirits.  When I cut out my image with a circular die, I kept it in the die and sponged blue around the edges and matted using a scallop circle.  To finish off my card I used In my Prayers and cut it out using a banner die.

My card is 5 1/2″ x 5 1/2″.

Thanks for stopping by!

Beth, sympathy cards are the hardest for me. Thanks for the inspiration…this is such a beautiful card. I love the focal piece, but that pretty SU paper in the background helps to make it even more elegant. Hugs!

Gorgeous card, Bethie and you also used a TJ technique, I believe. Whisped Frames around the inside of the die, xoxo
