East Coast Lobster

Hello fellow stampers!

Today I coloured up an East Coast lobster.  This darling stamp was eyed by a dear friend of mine and she knew right off that I would love this Inkadinkado stamp and bought it for me  (this is just one stamp).

My love for everything nautical and lobster comes from living on Canada’s east coast for 14 years.  I spent 9 years on Prince Edward Island and 5 years in the Annapolis Valley (Coldbrook next to Kentville and Wolfville). I am now in southern Ontario and am loving the city of Sarnia, but part of my heart remains on the east coast.

I had fun colouring up this lobster and am saving it for an appropriate occasion.

Have a terrific weekend!

This is such a cool stamp and you have colored it perfectly! I really like this!

That is neat that you got to live on PEI. I have fond memories of vacationing there and Nova Scotia when I was a young teen.

You did a fabulous job coloring this up, that is a cool stamp and so sweet of your friend to gift it to you. Hey we are having a stamp week event over at artsy inkers if you would like to play along 🙂

Cool stamp, Bethie. You’ve of course colored him up brilliantly and the background stamp is cool too. I’ve never really been a fan of lobster now that I think about it. I’m more of a shrimp and oysters and catfish gal. I’m almost certain our tastes are due to our geographies. The chowders and bisques thing up north never interested me either, although I can occasionally go for a cajun-inspired gumbo bisque. This food thing fascinates me. Never could get over boiled meats in England when I visited. And no ketchup for my fish and chips WUUUUUT???? hahahaha Have a great week! xoxox
