Baby Wipe Technique

Have you heard of an older technique called the “Baby Wipe Technique?”  Recently, my friend Tina Zinck, filmed The Baby Wipe Technique, which prompted me to try it out once again.  I had better results this time because Tina mentioned using five baby wipes instead of just one.  You can see her You Tube video here.

While digging around to see which stamps I wanted to use, I found my long-and forgotten-Gerber Daisy stamps by Inkadinkado.  My background stamp was one of my first stamps and has been used numerous times for a variety of projects.

Using Nuvo Embellishment Mousse, I spread the mousse over my background.  As luck would have it, my mousse coordinated nice with the background.

I created four cards for later use.

Get creative!

This is lovely, Beth! That shine makes me happy, and I love that you reached for an olde Inkadinkadoo stamp! You go girl!

that turned out so cool, and I love the touch of the mousse with it, good find with your stamp because it works great with it!

Love how you’ve combined everything, Bethie, into a great card! Talk about old stamps, I was thinking about using the lily in the old SU Fifth Avenue Florals set on an Easter card, but I wanted to look at how it looked on others’ cards, so I googled it and 2 of your cards came up in Images! I was like, I know her! Heehee XOX
