Tutorial Tuesday: Beaded Christmas Paper

Many of us are in need of a quick and cost-effective way to decorate our Christmas cards.  Today I will show you how easy it is to spruce up Christmas paper. Oh, The Ornaments paper by Flair is a good choice to stretch your dollar because one sheet of paper has 13 useable ornaments.  That’s 13 cards with one sheet of paper.  It doesn’t get better than this!  The only thing left is to pair a sentiment with the ornament, and for that I chose one of the many sentiments from Odd Bird Planet.

Supplies:  Beads and Paper

Cut out the ornament.  Sew beads onto the ornament.

Finished beaded ornament.  As I said earlier, this card is quick.  I got 13 ornaments beaded in under one hour.

Stay tuned for another tutorial using this paper later this week.

Great tutorial. I never thought to add beads to patterned paper images – what a terrific and very cost effective idea.

I’m sure I’ll be trying it soon.
