Sassy Pants
It’s the 15th of the month and it’s time for another edition of Dueling Darlings. In one corner we have the Dazzlers (me) and in the other we have the Divas. This month’s hosts are Tracie (Dazzlers) and Barb (Divas) and they chose “Humor” as their theme, because we all need a smile.
This is such a great theme, especially in these times. Ontario, Canada has opened up to Stage 3, but not dear ol Sarnia and a few other areas. We have to wait a tad bit longer. So that means playgrounds are still closed, and so are restaurants, gatherings of more than 10 people, etc.
I received two images in my kit, and I cut one of the images up so I could trace onto the DP and create cute clothes.
The inside of the card has the sentiment “Lil Miss Sassy Pants!”
SUPPLIES:
Image – Crackerbox
Designer Paper – Spring Fling by Sunny Studio, SU Tempting Turquoise
Sun Dies – Lil Inker Designs
Background Die – Taylored Expressions
Smily Faces, Recollections by Michaels
Hearts – Honey Bee Gems

Dueling Darlings – Penguins
Hi folks!
It’s the 15th of the month, and the Dueling Darlings are having a duel using this month’s theme, “penguins.” Terry S, from the Dazzlers (I’m part of the Dazzlers team), and Laurajean (LJ) gave us all the supplies we needed to complete a card or two. I think my penguin is enjoying the sunshine on a snowy day.
I missed putting on 3D embellishments because I didn’t see them neatly in an envelope until I typed this out yesterday. Ugh!
My image was coloured with Prismacolor colored pencils and blended with odorless mineral spirits.
Thanks for stopping by!

Dueling Darlings
Hello folks! It’s the 15th of the month, and you know what that means. It’s time to post our Dueling Darlings card kit. This month Tracie sent cards kits to the Dazzlers (me), and Barb sent card kits to the Divas.
Once again, I am using the Bendi Fold fold, one of my favourites. You can find the tutorial on Splitcoaststampers here.
I took liberty and added green trees from my own stash.
This darling deer image and sentiment came from Newton’s Nook Designs, which I have not heard of before. Because this group revived my love for cutsey stamps, I definitely will be purchasing from Newton’s Nook Designs.
I coloured my image with Prismacolor coloured pencils.
Enjoy your day!

Designer Paper: Autumn Splendor by Simple Stories
Embellishments: Twine unknown source
Tall evergreen trees: Sissix; Small green tree Impression Obsession

DDD June Kit Challenge
Hello there. Thanks for popping in today.
Today’s card was inspired by a kit from Terry L. from the Dueling Darlings group in which I am a member. Tami (Divas) and Terry L (Dazzlers) decided to use “what we have” to create a kit with “Halloween” being the theme.
By now you know I love to make 3-D cards, and this kit lends itself to doing just that. This is called the Bendi card, and everything, except the tree die, was in the kit.
For a tutorial on the Bendi card, please see here.
Images were coloured with copic markers. Background was sponged with black and Pumpkin Pie.
The following are the products I used from the kit sent to me:
Images and sentiment: My Favorite Things “Witch Way is the Candy?”
Papers: The Paper Studio
Enamel dots: The Paper Studio
Die cuts: A Muse fence, spider web and bats.
